- To visit the Chinese people in residential and nursing homes.

- To speak on behalf of the Chinese women and their families.
- To arrange transportation for the elderly and the frail to and from doctor's surgeries,
clinics, opticians, dentists, health centres and hospitals, and even for their daily needs
if necessary.

- To provide and act as a bridge for all the women and their families to the authorities and
local services, especially for those who have difficulty in English language
